Cecille Boorne from Ontario
In the fall of 2006, Cecille Boorne experienced severe pain in her left knee. She had difficulties walking and could not play golf any more. MRI showed a meniscal tear with large complex cyst, osteoarthritis and bone marrow edema.
“I saw a surgeon. He told me that I was not ready for surgery yet. My friend was seeing Dr. Natasha Salansky and suggested I see her for my knee problem. After a few visits to the Millennium Health Institute, my pain was minimal and today I have no pain in my knee. After a full course of Low Energy Photonic and Laser Therapy LEP2000 combined with exercises and weight training I returned playing golf. I am happy I can golf 18 holes and walk the entire course. I am so thankful for this wonderful therapy”.
Since that time, Cecille was pain free and continued playing golf.

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in May of 2002… Because of the hip problem I could not walk even one block due to the pain, going up and down stairs was impossible and sitting in the car for any length of time was also not possible… For the first 8 months I could not even touch my left thumb for the pain. I could not pull up a pair of socks or anything else, I could not even pick up anything as light as a kleenex in that hand… From May of 2002 until the summer of 2004 I had all of the traditional treatments for these problems: physio, massage therapy, and lots and lots of pain killers…

My name is Maureen Knight of Ontario, Canada. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in May of 2002 and left the following problems:
- The right leg was pushed into the hip joint which in turn led to post traumatic arthritis in the hip. The bursa muscle was damaged enough that I had to have a cortisone shot in the leg in order to get some sleep at night.
- My left thumb was not diagnosed as having a break until the summer of 2004 (a CAT Scan was finally done in January of 2004 because the use of this hand was not improving. The CAT Scan clearly showed a break. The hospital had a splint made for my left hand and thumb so that I could use my left arm because: number 1- the pain, and number 2- it was noticeably starting to shrink from lack of use. The specialist at the hospital also said that there was virtually nothing that could be done for my left hand except for surgery and there would not be a 100% recovery guarantee. For the first 8 months I could not even touch my left thumb for the pain. I could not pull up a pair of socks or anything else; I could not even pick up anything as light as a Kleenex in that hand. I had use of the fingers but what good is a hand with 4 fingers and no thumb. It is nice to be able to get out of doing house work but eventually you get to feel useless and extremely frustrated.
- I also had whiplash in the upper left side of my back rendering the movement of my left arm almost at nil for a year.
Because of the hip problem I could not walk even one block due to the pain, going up and down stairs was impossible and sitting in the car for any length of time was also not possible. To go shopping was out of the question. A year later if I went to the store I had to get out of the car right by the store I was going into and then right back out, my days of shop till you drop had been terminated. My hiking and skiing trips with my friends were over and my fly and drive for 2 week trips with the girls have vanished.
From May of 2002 until the summer of 2004 I had all of the traditional treatments for these problems: physio, massage therapy, and lots and lots of pain killers. I might also add that when I saw one of the therapists in spring of 2004 she wanted to use ultrasound on my left hand to try to improve it but the pain from it was extremely intense.
Finally in the summer of 2004 I started having treatments from Dr. Natasha Salansky: acupuncture and low energy photonic therapy. The results were nothing short of miraculous. I now can walk for hours instead of 5 minutes, after 3 years of someone at work opening a bottle of juice every day for me I can do it myself, I also expect to get back on the cross country skis this coming winter. The pain in my right hip is almost nil and when I do suffer some discomfort I use the home device and am like new again.
I was very lucky to find this photonic and laser therapy with Dr. Natasha Salansky. I felt less pain from the first treatment and in fact every treatment provides remarkable immediate pain relief. I would also like to comment on the use of the photonic device, L & P, at home that was rented for me by the Insurance Company. With this device I feel confident that I can relieve pain anytime, it also helped to expedite recovery when office visits were delayed. In fact, I cured my post-traumatic hip arthritis with the photonic home device. Now I am enjoying life again and am back to my favourite activities: walking, swimming, painting, playing with my grandchildren, shopping, etc. I hope that this letter will inspire others who are suffering needlessly to get help from this wonderful treatment.

After spending many hours late into the night cleaning, sorting and filing an ocean of papers in my office for the coming semester, I developed severe pain in my right hand at the joint for my thumb. It seems that the cause was repetitive pressing both on a stapler and a three-hole punch. The pain was so severe that I could not turn the key in the ignition of my car with my right hand and had to perform a contortionist’s act to get it started with my left hand. By the time I arrived home in the wee hours, my thumb and the joint were very swollen and painful. I had to brush my teeth with my left hand and was unable to turn the faucet in the shower. Ice and Advil didn’t relieve either the swelling or the pain. Continuing the ice and Advil combination for two days without any relief, I went to see our family doctor, who instructed me to continue with the ice and Advil for two more days, after which she wanted me to see a rheumatologist who would insert a special needle into the joint to obtain a biopsy sample to determine the cause and possible come up with a treatment. Frankly, the prospect of a needle entering my very painful joint was rather frightening.
The next day, our old friends, Drs. Norman and Natasha Salansky phoned us. I was familiar with their earlier work with Low Energy Photonic and laser Therapy (LEPT) and had heard about their successes. Natasha offered to treat me for my condition and that same day she treated my hand with their LEPT instrument. Within a few hours the pain subsided and by the next day the swelling was also reduced. She gave me a second treatment, after which the pain became quite tolerable. Two more treatments, a total of four sessions, reduced the pain and swelling almost completely. A few days later, my problem had disappeared and I was able to use my hand for all the usual tasks.
While I had some skepticism about the reports of their earlier successes, I was convinced that LEPT reversed my condition quickly and without any additional discomfort. Moreover, the cure was permanent, I have not any recurrence and I am able to perform all the daily tasks as well as involving myself in my hobbies which involve the use of many hand and power tools.
I would also like to mention that at the time of the above-described episode, my wife was recovering from an arthroscopic knee operation that took place a few weeks earlier. The three incisions on her knee seemed to remain quite inflamed and swollen. She received only two quick treatments of her knee and then forgot about it. About two weeks later she wanted to show the incisions to someone and noticed that the swelling and the redness were completely gone and she was finding it difficult to localize the three scars. I do believe that this was the result of receiving the LEPT.
Based on my experience, I have concluded that LEPT was very effective in reducing the swelling and the pain in my hand and I am extremely grateful to Dr. Natasha Salansky for her kindness, patience and willingness to treat me when I was truly miserable.
I would like to add that I am a biomedical engineer (BME) with more than four decades of experience in the field of medical devices. I have taught BME students for the past 19 years as a professor and have read widely in the field. My scepticism about LEPT was completely resolved by my personal experience. Although I don’t really understand the interactions between photons and tissues, the result spoke for this method of therapy.

I am a 69 year old woman who has suffered from osteoarthritis since I was a teenager. Over the years, my right foot was getting progressive1y more painful causing me to limp and slightly drag that foot. My shoulders had also been very painful for years, limiting my movements and therefore my quality of life. Other troublesome areas of pain and limited function were both my knees and thumb joint of my right hand. I had become accustomed to the pain and suffering and had expected to 1ive that way for the rest of my life.
That was then! You should see me now! Over the past four months, while receiving LEP 2000 treatments, I have gradually become virtually pain-free! Last month, while on vacation, I did an amazing amount of walking with friends, and kept up with the best of them. I was also pleasantly surprised that I could march up and down three flights of stairs several times a day, easily, with minimal discomfort.
I now walk straight and tall as I no longer favor my right foot. I haven’t worn my right hand splint for months, and my shoulders feel much better with almost full range of motion.
I never thought this would happen, but I am back dancing again! Thanks to The LEP 2000, I now have my life back and I'm looking toward a brighter Future!
V.S. from Ontario
In July 2007, I have been diagnosed with severe neck and spinal osteoarthritis and spinal stenosis. I have started using painkillers for couple of months. The drugs did not bring any relief and due to excruciating pain I was not capable to work anymore. I have started searching and looking for any kind of information that could help me lower the pain. I have tried different therapies, acupuncture, massage, physiotherapy... All of them brought temporary relief but the pain would shortly come back. I was desperate and given no hope for improvement from conventional medicine.
An article in The Toronto Star “Light therapy helps beat pain" gave me a hope and I immediately called the Millennium Health Institute. I was assessed by Dr. Norman Salansky and soon started the treatment under Dr. Natasha Salansky's supervision. In couple of weeks, cold laser therapy combined with traditional and laser acupuncture, infrared and far infrared light started showing benefits. My pain decreased slowly, my flexibility increased and sleep improved. I knew that I am on the right track and that I have to persist with the therapy.
Thanks to the very professional and friendly team my treatments are always something I am looking forward to. Dr. Salansky's genuine supervision, Dr. Galina's wholeheartedly approach, thank you to all of you, Dr. Sam, Dr. Olga, Dr. Hoyte and to always helpful Odette.
Pierino Babando from Ontario
Mr. Pierino Babando, 83, had been suffering severe pain in his neck, shoulders and back. Sometimes the pain became intolerable and Tylenol #3 didn’t help. The pain woke him up at night. Cortisone injections to the shoulders didn’t help either. After a course of treatment at our clinic, Pierino is happy to be pain free. “My pain has gone away. Now I can do my gardening and sleep well. I am happy and told my friends to come to your clinic for treatment”.
